Why haven’t I received my refund?

Please kindly check with your email, we may have refunded the payment in the form of Coupon Code.

For Refund to PayPal or credit card.  Once we have processed the refund, our account funds will be deducted then this case will be out of our hands, the full completion of this transaction will be depending on PayPal or your credit card company.  Normally PayPal will remove this fund from our account and about 4-6 weeks for credit card to confirm.
