Our ruby is 100% genuine, there might be some natural inclusions and heat treated in bringing the best appearance of the stone. Keep in mind, heat treated is perfectly normal for all gemstones, as 99% of all rubies in the market has been slightly enhanced for maxium appearance & sparks.
For majority of genuine ruby in the market it is also normal in seeing slight inclusion, therefore this is a natural condition.
