Kindly be advised that you can only send back the items with our approval which were received in 48 hours. Under this condition, you can return the items to the shipping address listed on the postage label. If you cannot find the address, please feel free to contact us.
And we strongly recommend making a note in the parcel before sending it back to clarify four (4) things:
1) The reason of this return
2) Auction number or Invoice number
3) Replacement or Refund
4) Authorization number
Only by doing so, we both can have a smooth, fast and efficient transaction when we received the return.
*Once we have received your return, item need to be inspected and sent back to factory. At the same time, we will start the refund procedure. Please kindly let us know by which way you would like to receive your refund.
