If your order has been shipped recently, tracking number may not have the latest updates for two main reasons.
1) Package has not arrived to it's first destination for scans and updates
2) Post office may already proceeded your order but haven't updated on to their system
*From experiences, if they have a busy delivery schedule sometimes they will update system info after successfully deliveried. Best if you can contact your local delivery company with tracking number in hand.
