Please be rest assured that we will refund the payment to you in the way you would prefer. Specifically, there are two ways available:
- Refund to PayPal account or credit card. Once we had processed the refund, the case is out of our hands and the full completion of this transaction will depend on PayPal or your credit card company. Normally PayPal will remove this fund from our account and about 4-6 weeks for credit card to confirm. (Most likely will appear on your next credit card statement)
- Accepting refund as coupon code. Our service agent will generate a coupon value of your refund amount and you can apply the code to your next purchase. This normally by far is the best way to resolve the refund.
Once we have received your return, item(s) need to be inspected and sent back to factory. At the same time, we will start the refund process.
